Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, which includes order verification, preparation, and handoff to the carrier.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship orders through trusted carriers such as USPS and other international postal partners. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order has been shipped.

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited/Priority Shipping (when available): 1–3 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date your order is shipped, not the order date. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs, or weather events.

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide. International delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing. In most cases, orders arrive within 7–21 business days.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These are not included in the product or shipping costs at checkout.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and chosen shipping method. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions which will be clearly communicated on our website.

Tracking & Notifications

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear once the package is in transit.

Delays & Exceptions

Returns Related to Shipping

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address or delivery issue, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can resolve the issue promptly.
